Spending a fair bit of time working in the seedier parts of city, I tend to see a lot of 'street art' [for want of less-hackneyed phrase], and it's not often than something catches my eye in amongst what is mostly banal, derivative mediocrity. i haven't worked out why yet, and i don't know the artist of this piece, but there's definitely something about it...
